Comments: This patient had a previous “mini-tummy tuck” and liposuction. She was concerned by an extra roll of the upper abdomen which she would grab to demonstrate. Also, she did not like the rolls of her flanks. This procedure tightened the skin of the abdomen and improved the tone of her buttocks and thighs. The fat injection has helped fill out her deficient lateral buttocks.
